The proper choices of filler wire and flux composition welding backing are important for the finished

weld. The aim is generally to achieve a composition and strength of the weld metal

similar to that of the base material. The rihui  weld metal analysis depends on the materials

used in the filler wire, with allowance for such factors as possible loss of alloying

elements by bum-off in the arc,rihui welding backing melting of the base metal and alloying from the flux.
