CERBACK speeds production, improves worker efficiency and reduces costs. It allows one-sided welding for steel, alloys and aluminium of any thickness. The product is composed of ceramic tiles attached to aluminium tape on which specific heat-resistant adhesives are spread. Designed for one-sided welding, it produces smooth and homogeneous back beads even with high electric current. This product is designed to provide welds that are free from porosity and inclusions. The CERBACK series can be used with most types of one-sided welding including FCAW, GMAW, SAW, SEG ARC
